Terms & Conditions

This page outlines the terms & conditions for use of the Phoenix Waste Limited bin collection service.

All monthly subscriptions include the rental of the product (bins) from Phoenix Waste Limited and therefore Phoenix Waste Limited are the sole owners of these products (bins).

All domestic monthly subscriptions are paid 1 month in advance. We do not offer a ”pay by use” or ”pay as you go” service.

Phoenix Waste Limited reserve the right to remove/collect all bins from customers who have not paid their accounts.

Accounts that are not paid will go into arrears and these arrears will need to be paid in full in along with the monthly advance payment in order to resume your bin collection service.*

Payments made for bin collections on the day of the scheduled collection cannot be guaranteed.

Payments made via PayZone will need to be paid 48 hours in advance of the collection day.

All bins must be left out kerbside the night before your scheduled collection.

Any bins that are not presented for collection, cannot be collected until the next scheduled date.

Phoenix Waste Limited will not collect any extra waste (EG. loose bags) unless agreed in advance.

Contaminated bins (EG. waste in a recycling bin, recycling in a compost bin) will not be lifted in accordance with waste rules and regulations.

Commercial accounts must have the right size containers for regular waste collections (EG. Commercial bins will be required to be lifted weekly/bi-weekly).

Commercial accounts will be billed the following month for collections made and will have 30 days to pay the invoice.

All commercial accounts must be kept up to date in order to continue their service.
